On 3/15 at approx. 2342 hrs. Pinch Fire Dept was dispatched for a single vehicle auto accident with possible injuries. Upon the first units arriving scene, they found a single vehicle with moderate to heavy front end damage and one person still in the vehicle unresponsive. Crews immediately went to work to stabilize the vehicle and begin the extrication process.

Crews were able to timely remove the roof of the vehicle and package the patient that was turned over to EMS for further evaluation and care. Kanawha County Sheriff's Dept will be investigating the wreck and no other injuries were reported.
