11 Mile Marker Rollover

On 04/06/2014 at 6:04 p.m. Pinch Fire Department was dispatched to the 9 mile marker of Interstate 79 for a vehicle rollover. Engine 23 arrived on scene to find the crash to be at the 11 Mile Marker of Interstate 79 southbound and single vehicle rollover and reported one patient out of the vehicle on the ground. The slow lane of Interstate 79 was closed while crews went to work assessing and packaging the patient along with Kanawha County EMS.

One patient was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The slow lane of Interstate 79 remained shut down while law enforcement investigated the scene and tow companies removed the vehicle.
