On 10/12/2014 at 19:26, Pinch Fire was alerted to respond as a mutual aid department with Clendenin and Frame Fire Department's for a reported structure fire in the 5000 block of Wills Creek Rd. Engine 22 responded with a crew of 4 and arrived on the scene along with Chief 1 to find a fully involved abandoned structure on fire. Crews quickly established a water source and deployed a single attack line to extinguish the fire.

Crews from all three departments worked together to safely remove all threats and keep the fire contained to the structure. No injuries were reported throughout the duration of the incident.

Units: Engine 11 (Clendenin FD), Rescue 1 (Clendenin FD), Engine 21, Engine 22, Rescue 2, Engine 343 (Frame FD), Utility 345 (Frame FD), Kanawha County Medic Unit 19, Unit 995 (Kanawha County Emergency Management)
