On Thursday, February 2nd at 2045, we were alerted to a structure fire in area 1 in Chapel Heights. Engine 23 was first on scene and reported smoke coming from bravo side and roof, calling working attic fire. The homeowner, when the 911 call was placed, used a water hose to slow the spread of the fire inside the home around the stove pipe. When crews arrived the fire was easily controlled and suppressed.

Units: Engine 22, Engine 23, Tower Ladder 2, Squad 2

Mutual Aid: Engine 11, Engine 12, Rescue 1, Engine 343, Utility 345
